Lakewood Estates Association (LEA) is a cherished private beach community nestled in Monroe, CT since 1967. Our association is guided by both deeded and associate members, ensuring a community-focused approach to maintaining our beautiful lakefront amenities. Enjoy our beach, complete with picnic tables, a playground, a fishing dock, and a designated swimming area, perfect for relaxation and recreation. Throughout the summer, we host a variety of engaging community events, including movie nights, Annual Welcome Breakfast, fishing derby and more. At LEA, we are dedicated to creating a welcoming environment that enhances the quality of life for all our members and their families.
Beach Rules
The beach rules have been established to ensure that all LEA members have an enjoyable experience. Please make sure all members of your household and any guests are aware of these rules.
Party Reservations
Interested in hosting an event at the lake, like a birthday party or group event? Your party gets priority use of the picnic tables and grills. Click here for rental rates and more details.
Life Guard Schedule
Mon–Fri: 2–5pm
Weekends/Holidays: 1–6pm
